How we protect your data, minimize retention, and uphold privacy.

Our Privacy Philosophy

We cannot leak, lose, or surrender data that we do not collect in the first place. GSM7 is built offshore with privacy as a foundational principle, not an afterthought.

Zero KYC means zero personal information. We never ask for your real name, government ID, residential address, or banking records.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • No government IDs, passports, driver licenses, or proof of address.
  • No credit card details, CVVs, bank account numbers, or billing addresses.
  • No phone numbers required from you during account registration.
  • No cross-site tracking beacons, third-party analytics cookies, or behavioral advertising pixels.

What We Process & Why

We collect only the bare technical minimum required to operate the gateway:

  • Account Credentials: Your email address (used solely for login authentication and account access) and a salted, cryptographically hashed password.
  • Message Payloads: The destination mobile number and text message content submitted through our API or dashboard so our carrier switches can transmit it to the recipient's mobile network.
  • Delivery Metadata: Timestamp, destination country code, message status (sent, delivered, failed), and carrier receipt codes. These logs are used to show real-time delivery receipts in your dashboard and are pruned on a regular rolling schedule.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your information to advertisers, marketing networks, or data brokers.

Outbound message payloads are routed strictly to the underlying tier-1 telecommunications carriers necessary to physically deliver the SMS to the recipient's handset.

Security Architecture

All communication between your client and GSM7 is encrypted using modern 256-bit TLS (Transport Layer Security). API tokens can be instantly regenerated or permanently revoked directly from your account settings at any time.

Data Pruning & Deletion

Delivery logs are kept temporarily for delivery verification and are automatically purged. If you choose to close your account, your email and credentials will be permanently erased from our databases.
