Terms of Service

Simple, transparent rules for using the GSM7 messaging platform.

The Basic Deal

GSM7 provides offshore, high-speed SMS routing infrastructure. You add crypto to your balance, send messages through our REST API or web dashboard, and our carrier links deliver them to mobile handsets in 190+ countries.

We do not ask who you are, what company you work for, or where you live. In return, we expect you to use our service responsibly and keep our carrier routes clean.

Zero KYC & Account Ownership

You only need an email and password to create an account. We do not require identity documents, passports, selfies, or utility bills.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials and API tokens confidential. Anyone with your API key can dispatch messages from your account balance.

Crypto Payments & Balances

All deposits are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TRX, XRP, USDC, SOL, TON).

  • Finality: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a deposit confirms and your messaging balance is credited, it cannot be refunded or charged back.
  • No Subscriptions: There are no recurring monthly charges, hidden fees, or minimum monthly commitments. You pay only for the SMS you send.
  • Setup Fee: New accounts require an initial one-time deposit to activate carrier routing capabilities. Your full deposit remains available for messaging.

Common-Sense Acceptable Use

We believe strongly in privacy and digital autonomy, but we strictly protect our direct carrier infrastructure. You agree NOT to send:

  • Phishing scams, fake banking alerts, or credential-harvesting links.
  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious download links.
  • Direct threats of physical harm, extortion, or blackmail.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or terroristic content.
  • Automated carrier network flooding designed to overwhelm telecom switches.

Legitimate transactional notifications, one-time passwords (OTP), customer alerts, promotional broadcasts, and custom sender ID messaging are completely welcome.

Sender IDs & Telecom Routing

GSM7 supports alphanumeric (e.g. your brand name) and numeric Custom Sender IDs across supported destinations.

While we dispatch your messages via direct tier-1 carrier routes with sub-3s latency, telecom delivery rules in certain countries may require local pre-registration or carrier filtering outside our control. We provide real-time delivery status receipts directly from carrier switches so you have full visibility into message delivery.

Availability & Termination

We target 99.9% uptime on our API gateways. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without cumbersome corporate contracts or lengthy notice periods.

If an account engages in malicious phishing or activities that threaten our carrier partnerships, that account's API access will be terminated immediately. If you send honest traffic, your account remains active indefinitely.
